NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) hosts bi-weekly virtual Connection Support Group.
NAMI Connection Support Group is a support group for adults living with mental health concerns. Participants learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding. NAMI Connection is free and confidential for any member of the community ages 18 and up.
