The 3rd Annual BBQ and Brew Festival in Centerville, Iowa was a sizzling success, thanks to the incredible participation and support from our community and beyond. Tim Clem Memorial Prize Winner

About the Tim Clem Prize:

One very special award we awarded at the 3rd Annual BBQ & Brew was the Tim Clem Memorial Prize. Tim was a a past BBQ & Brew competitor, a volunteer we could always depend on, and a beloved member of our community who sadly passed away in December. As a competitor at BBQ & Brew, Tim often put everyone’s needs in front of his own (and sometimes even his bbq). He would provide meals & drinks for all of the other competitors, shared supplies when others would run out of something and would always offer a supportive word to the other teams. Jordan Williams of BBQ Pit Bros was selected by his fellow competitor for this award. Congratulations, Jordan!
