City of Centerville Residential Rental Inspection Informational Meetings
The City of Centerville will be holding an information meeting for landlords regarding new residential rental inspection procedures, featuring a presentation by Iowa Inspections, LLC. Iowa Inspections, LLC will be completing City of Centerville rental inspections beginning January 1st, 2024.
Iowa Inspections, LLC will be making their presentation on three different dates, so you will have three opportunities. The City of Centerville invites you to attend at least one of these presentations so that you have all of the information you need to obtain or maintain your rental permit and keep your property in compliance with City Code requirements. The presentations are all the same, so you only need to attend one of the three meetings.

- Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 6pm
- Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 6pm
- Thursday May 18, 2023 at 6pm
All meetings will be held at The Majestic, located at 100 N. 13th Street, Centerville, IA 52544
